Seller Policies
Last updated: October 23, 2026
FestOlive Group LLC operates FestOlive Marketplace, a platform connecting independent sellers with buyers of physical and digital products. These policies describe the standards expected of sellers using the marketplace.
Sellers must also comply with applicable laws, payment-provider requirements, and other relevant marketplace terms.
1. Seller Eligibility and Accounts
Sellers must provide accurate account, business, and contact information. Additional identity, business, tax, or payout verification may be required.
Sellers are responsible for safeguarding their accounts and keeping their information current. Approval to sell may be subject to review.
2. Product Listings and Accuracy
Listings must accurately describe the product, price, condition, contents, availability, delivery method, and any material limitations.
Sellers must have the rights and permissions needed to offer their products. Misleading descriptions, counterfeit goods, unauthorized content, and unlawful products are prohibited.
3. Pricing and Inventory
Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate prices and stock information. Any applicable shipping charges, restrictions, and product-specific terms should be disclosed before purchase.
Sellers must not intentionally advertise unavailable products or use misleading pricing practices.
4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
Sellers must fulfill accepted orders according to the product description and delivery terms communicated to buyers.
Physical products must be packaged appropriately and shipped using the agreed delivery arrangements. Sellers should maintain accurate shipment and tracking records.
Digital products must be delivered through the stated access or delivery method. Sellers must ensure that advertised files, licenses, and access rights are valid.
5. Returns and Refunds
FestOlive Marketplace provides buyers with a return or refund request option for delivered items, subject to applicable eligibility rules.
Buyers may request a return and refund or a refund without returning the item. Sellers should review requests fairly and communicate their decisions through the marketplace.
When a physical return is approved, the buyer may provide return carrier and tracking details. Recording a return shipment does not itself process a refund.
Refund decisions and processing remain subject to the circumstances of the transaction, applicable law, and the marketplace's supported payment procedures.
6. Digital Products
Digital product sellers must disclose relevant file formats, compatibility requirements, license restrictions, and access limitations.
Problems involving inaccessible files, materially inaccurate descriptions, or defective digital content should be addressed fairly. Digital refunds may depend on the product, circumstances, and applicable law.
7. Seller Conduct and Buyer Communications
Sellers must communicate professionally, provide truthful information, and avoid harassment, discrimination, fraud, and deceptive conduct.
Sellers must not misuse buyer information or attempt to bypass marketplace safeguards.
8. Payments, Fees, and Payouts
Payment processing and seller payouts may be subject to provider verification, applicable fees, refunds, chargebacks, and other payment-related requirements.
Any seller fees or payout conditions applicable to a transaction should be disclosed through the relevant marketplace or payment-provider process.
9. Policy Enforcement
FestOlive may review listings, investigate reported violations, remove prohibited content, restrict selling privileges, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the marketplace.
Actions may depend on the nature of the violation, available evidence, contractual terms, and applicable law.
10. Changes to These Policies
FestOlive may update these policies as marketplace features, legal requirements, or operating procedures change. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
