Delete Your FestOlive Marketplace Account

FestOlive Marketplace respects your privacy and gives registered users the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your FestOlive Marketplace account and associated data, email our support team at support@festolive.com.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your FestOlive Marketplace account whenever possible. Include the words "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

For your security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before the deletion request is processed. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive authentication information by email.

What happens after you submit a request?

After receiving your request, FestOlive may verify that you are the owner of the account. Once verification is completed, we will process the deletion request and delete or anonymize eligible personal information associated with the account.

Data that may be deleted or anonymized

Depending on how you used FestOlive Marketplace, account deletion may include deletion or anonymization of information such as:

• Account and profile information
• Saved addresses and account preferences
• Buyer or seller profile information, where applicable
• Saved or favorited products
• Messages and other account-related information, where applicable

Data we may need to retain

Certain information may be retained when necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, payment, or regulatory obligations.

This may include certain transaction, order, payment, payout, refund, chargeback, fraud-prevention, or financial records. Information that must be retained will be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

Seller accounts

If you operate a seller account, some transaction, order, payout, refund, tax, and related records may need to be retained after account deletion to satisfy financial, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory requirements.
