This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our marketplace, create an account, buy or sell products, communicate with other users, or otherwise interact with our services.

Account and profile information

When you register or maintain an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, account identifier, profile information, account role, and authentication-related information.

Seller information

Sellers may provide business, storefront, product, inventory, fulfillment, payout, and other information necessary to operate a seller account. Payment providers may also request identity, banking, tax, or business information directly from sellers for verification and payout purposes.

Order and transaction information

When you make or receive a purchase, we may process information relating to the products ordered, quantities, prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, order status, transaction identifiers, refunds, disputes, and fulfillment information.

Shipping and contact information

For physical products, we may collect information such as the recipient name, shipping address, email address, and other information necessary to process, deliver, and support an order.

Payment information

Payments and seller payouts are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. FestOlive does not need to store complete payment card numbers in its application database. Payment providers may collect and process payment, billing, identity, business, bank-account, fraud-prevention, and transaction information according to their own privacy practices.

We may collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device information, application version, operating system information, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic information, and security-related events.

Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we may process a device or push notification token so that we can send order, fulfillment, messaging, account, security, or other marketplace notifications. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
